Anime Aura Refund & Return Policy
At Anime Aura, we take pride in delivering high-quality clothing designed with care, detail, and durability in mind. Every order is inspected with quality as a top priority before it leaves us. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We only accept return requests for items that meet one of the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged.
The item has a clear manufacturing defect.
The wrong item was received.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:
Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
In its original packaging
Returned with any original tags, labels, or included materials
Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps for your return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each order is handled with care and quality control, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Minor color differences caused by screen or lighting variations
Damage caused after the item has been delivered
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
When possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
